Those of you who were at Downtown Riot last year got to experience something unique, when this band played their very first gig in Stockholm with us – as the first band out! The audience welcomed The Gems with open arms when they kicked off the festival and since then the band’s career has been going like a train. The Gems are seasoned musicians who toured the world with their previous band, i.a. as support for the Scorpions on their North American tour. After intense songwriting, the explosive debut album “Phoenix” was released in January, and we are very excited to see The Gems run over us again with their raucous stage show and a lot of new songs in the repertoire!
